摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize simultaneously enlargement of an electric voltage range to be loaded and increase in kind of electric voltage by using a plurality of electric charge accumulation elements without up-sizing of a circuit. SOLUTION: A plurality of the electric charge accumulation elements are charged in advance by different electric voltages. Then, among these electric charge accumulation elements, one or a plurality of the electric charge accumulation elements arbitrarily selected are connected with a capacitive load to drive the capacitive load. When a plurality of the electric charge accumulation elements are selected, these electric charge accumulation elements are connected with the load under a condition that they are connected in series. By this way, in accordance with the electric charge accumulation element selected among a plurality of electric charge accumulation elements, or a combination of the electric charge accumulation elements, the electric voltage to be loaded on the capacitive load can be made different, so that it becomes possible to realize the enlargement of the electric voltage range to be loaded and the increase in the kind of the electric voltage to be loaded without up-sizing of the circuit.
