PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film which can form a transparent conductive layer with a sufficient conductive property by a simple transfer method and at a low temperature, and also, at a low manufacturing cost, and an adhesive film with a transparent conductive film. SOLUTION: The transfer film is constituted of a temporary support 14, a metallic layer 13 formed on the temporary support 14, a transparent conductive layer 12 formed on the metallic layer 13, and an adhesive layer 11 formed on the transparent conductive layer 12. In addition, the transfer film 10 is characterized in that the adhesive layer 11 and the transparent conductive layer 12 cannot be released from each other, neither can be released between the transparent conductive layer 12 and the metallic layer 13, and furthermore, the temporary support 14 can be released from the metallic layer 13.
