PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad for effectively utilizing an absorptive article to be used together. SOLUTION: The absorbent pad 1 is provided with an absorber 3 and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 4 disposed on the skin non-abutting surface side of the absorber 3, and is used by being disposed on the skin abutting surface side of the absorptive article 90 of a separate body. The absorbent pad 1 includes a front part A, a center part B, and a rear part C in the longitudinal direction, and liquid passing holes 41 passing through the back sheet 4 in the thickness direction are formed in the front part A and/or the rear part C but not in the center part B.
