The suit i.e. bath trouser, has a front part (1) and a rear part (2) supporting a detachable connection. A lifting unit automatically lifts a lower section of the rear part during loosening of the detachable connection, so that the rear part of the suit is larger than an anal orifice. The lifting unit is formed as a washable rubber strip (5) that is fastened to the rear part, and the detachable connection //is formed as a hook and loop fastener, and force of the rubber strip is smaller than force of an opening of the hook and loop fastener.
