The truck (2) has a vehicle frame (15) at which a load handling unit and a vehicle drive unit are arranged. Control units control the load handling unit and the vehicle drive unit, and manual and autonomous control modules (14, 17) are mounted as pre-mounted units at an interface that is directly or indirectly connected with the vehicle frame. The manual control module has an operator compartment (4) for manually controlling the control units. The control modules control the control units over the interface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for manufacturing an industrial truck (2) a method for manufacturing an industrial truck.
