<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of driving linear actuators speedily. <P>SOLUTION: The control device 1 includes a field holding member 4 including a plurality of permanent magnets 5 and a coil holding member 3 for holding a coil 7 disposed opposite to a field, and vector-controls the linear actuator 2 for generating a thrust relatively displacing the field holding member 4 and the coil holding member 3. The control device also includes a control means of obtaining a q-axis current command value Iq* and a d-axis current command value Id* based on a relative speed of the field holding member 4 to the coil holding member 3 to control a current flowing in the coil 7. In this case, when the relative speed of the field holding member 4 to the coil holding member 3 is outside a range from an upper-limit threshold α to a lower-limit threshold β, the d-axis current command value Id* is set to a negative value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
