SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING FILM PROTEIN FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring a film protein function capable of activating a film protein by the extension of a lipid bimolecular membrane and measuring the relationship between variations in density of a receptor in the lipid bimolecular membrane by the extension and activity, by the reconfiguration of the film protein in a lipid bimolecular membrane that is developed on a micropore, and a method for the same.

SOLUTION: The system 1 for measuring a film protein includes a film protein function measuring substrate 10A in which the opening 11a of a hole 11 on a substrate body 12 with the hole 11 is covered with the lipid bimolecular membrane 14 containing the film protein 13 and a buffer solution 15 is arranged on the lipid bimolecular membrane 14 and an extending means 20 for extending the lipid bimolecular membrane 14. Also, the method for measuring a film protein uses the system 1 for measuring a film protein.
