<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic sensor capable of maintaining high reliability in a moisture absorption environment or daily environment, and to provide a flexible printed wiring board and an electronic apparatus using the electrostatic sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic sensor 15 detects change in electrostatic capacity resulting from tracing with a finger, and includes a dielectric layer 3, a first electrode layer 11 disposed on a surface of the dielectric layer 3 on the side of the finger, and a second electrode layer 12 disposed on a surface of the dielectric layer 3 on the opposite side from the side of the finger, the dielectric layer being lower in moisture absorptivity than polyimide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
