PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dispenser in which after discharging fluid out an outlet draws fluid back through the outlet to reduce dripping and/or stringing. SOLUTION: A piston pump 10 has a configuration wherein a piston 14 reciprocates. In a discharge stroke, the inside of a chamber is pressurized, an inner disc 71 is bent to let fluid pass, and the fluid is discharged from the outlet 76. In a charging stroke, a vacuum condition is created between an outer disc 73 and a one-way inlet valve 16 within the chamber, thereby drawing fluid from the outlet 76 via a passageway 74 into the chamber 18 (draw back). The vacuum condition inside the chamber acts also on the one-way valve 16 to bend a flexible disc 41 of the one-way valve 16 and to draw fluid from a reservoir 60 into the chamber.
