PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection confirmation device for earth of an apparatus that uses a high-voltage electric field. SOLUTION: Elements N1, N2, and N3 for obtaining an output voltage proportional to illuminance of neon bulbs that are lit with a voltage relative to an earth FG of phases R, S, and T are provided to confirm whether an earth is perfectly connected, in an electric apparatus that uses a high-voltage electric field. The signals from window comparators W1, W2, and W3 that turn ON/OFF according to output voltages are subjected to logical sum OR, which is taken as a trigger signal of a relay Ry2.
