PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a three-dimensional pose of a rotor of which contours do not become linear by stereo vision. SOLUTION: A pair of images is acquired by imaging a rotor from two different directions, an image area of the rotor to be measured is extracted for each pair of images, a principal component axis of the image area of the rotor is calculated by a principal component analysis to set one principal component axis to be a center axis of the rotor for each pair of images, points on the center axis of the pair of images are correlated, and three-dimensional information of the center axis is obtained by triangulation principles from the pair of correlated images to calculate the three-dimensional pose of the rotor.
