PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rusk cooking utensil for a microwave oven, effectively cooking a rusk using bread on the market (sliced bread, a roll, French bread, etc.) as it is by heating in the microwave oven. SOLUTION: A rusk attachment part 14 having a plurality of attachment grooves with an upper opening having a width corresponding to a thickness of the cooked rusk in a suitable height is provided on a wall part made of resin and having prescribed intervals (an inner cylindrical wall part 11, an outer cylindrical water part 12). A rusk base A cut into the prescribed thickness (about 1-1.5 cm) is inserted into the respective attachment grooves of the rusk attachment part 14, the rusk base is vertically held, and is heated in the microwave oven.
