The trolley has a base frame provided with two wheels and comfortably supporting the trolley along with payload on a rear side of the frame. A heavy and bulky tripod is supported on the rear side of the base frame in an operative condition, and a tow bar is integrated with a handle. The wheels are laterally attached to an auxiliary frame and are inwardly pivoted about 90 degrees. A loading area accommodates a load, and a lap strap is attached to the base frame. The tow bar is attached to the base frame, such that inclination of the base frame is adjustable.
