The arrangement has a sealing element in contact with a housing (1) and a component (5), and a fastening unit for fastening the sealing element at the component or housing. A contact element e.g. magnet and spring, presses the sealing element at the housing and/or the component, and a tolerance element adjusts variable distance between the housing and component. A reinforcing element is provided for stabilizing the sealing element, and the tolerance element is formed as a wave-shaped section of the sealing element. An independent claim is also included for a power supply arrangement comprising a battery.
