<p>The guide (1) has a guiding carriage (3) supported at a stationary guide rail (2) in a longitudinally displaceable manner. A sensor unit (8) has a sensor for detecting an operating condition and connected with an evaluation unit (11). The sensor unit has a vibration sensor (9) e.g. piezo receiver or microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) receiver, for detecting vertical vibrations of the guiding carriage and an acceleration sensor (10) e.g. piezo receiver, MEMS sensor or strain gauge-based seismic sensor, for detecting horizontal acceleration of the guiding carriage. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a measuring- and evaluation system of a linear guide.</p> |
