<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain miniaturization at low cost, and deal with dimension error and swell and contraction of a rectangular battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: An battery pack includes: a battery laminate having a plurality of rectangular battery cells 11 stacked as layers; an end plate 7 disposed on an edge of the battery laminate; and a bind bar 8 that is extended in a stacking direction of the battery laminate and fixated on the end plate 7 to fasten a side surface of the battery laminate with the stack. The bind bar 8 has an expansion and contraction structure such that the bar expands and contracts with its partial deformation with respect to the stacking direction of the rectangular battery cell 11. In this way, it is possible to absorb size change with the expansion and contraction structure, and maintain appropriate fastening according to thermal dilation and deformation of members constituting the battery pack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
