<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a much more transparent and intuitive user interface whose use, configuration and/or adaptation is simple for scrolling the list of items, and for performing the parallel movement, rotation and scaling of an electronic document in a device having a touch screen display. <P>SOLUTION: The movement of an object on a touch screen display is detected, and the electronic document displayed on the touch screen display is moved in parallel to a first direction, and when the electronic document reaches the edge of the electronic document while the electronic document is moved to a first direction while the object is still detected on the touch screen display, an area beyond the edge of the document is displayed, and after any object is not detected on the touch screen display, the document is moved in parallel to a second direction until the area beyond the edge of the document is not displayed any more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
