<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card which can be manufactured at a low cost by reusing the non-contact IC card which has come to its service limit, and can prevent an unlawful use as an original non-contact IC card. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the non-contact IC card includes a step to obtain a non-contact IC card body by polishing and removing a non-contact IC card material body with an antenna and an IC chip connected with the antenna, and a printing layer and a reversible recording layer of a non-contact IC card material with the printing layer and the reversible recording layer formed on one of surfaces of the non-contact IC card body, and a step to laminate a protecting film to the obtained non-contact IC card body.
