<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of maintaining the detecting accuracy of a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature by receiving the infrared rays radiated from a cooking container even if the visible radiation is shaded so that internal parts such as a heating coil is not seen from above the infrared rays sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This induction heating cooker includes: a top plate 2, on which a cooking container 3 is to be placed and through which the infrared rays permeate; a heating coil 4 for induction-heating the cooking container 3; an infrared rays sensor 5 for receiving the infrared rays radiated from the cooking container 3; a temperature detecting means 8a for detecting the temperature of the cooking container 3 based on at least the infrared rays received amount of the infrared rays sensor 5; a control means 8 for controlling power supply to the heating coil 4 based on the detected temperature; a shading region 7a including a shading material in a back surface or a surface of the top plate 2; and an infrared rays permeable region 7b reduced in the shading material used amount above the infrared rays sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
