PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a display device capable of restricting deterioration of a transfer pattern. SOLUTION: Organic light-emitting elements are included in a display region. In an inert gas atmosphere, a donor substrate 40 having a transfer layer 50, including an organic material and a transferred substrate 60, are overlapped with each other. Under the condition wherein the donor substrate 40 and the transferred substrate 60 are overlapped with each other, the pressure is reduced; thereafter, the donor substrate 40 is irradiated with radiation to transfer the transfer layer 50 to the transferred substrate 60; and a layer structuring an organic layer of the organic light-emitting element is thereby formed. In the inner gas atmosphere, after overlapping the donor substrate 40 and transferred substrate 60 with each other, the pressure is reduced, to thereby restrict infiltration of moisture and oxygen between the transfer pattern, which is transferred to the transferred substrate 60 and the transferred substrate 60.
