PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a division type lens barrel in which focusing at a minute level is easy and a manual adjustment to make a diaphragm value an arbitrary value is easy even when the entire length of the lens barrel is long. SOLUTION: An extension tube 20 includes: a lens barrel side barrel part 21 which can be attached and detached to and from a lens barrel part 60; a moving barrel part 24 which can be slid with respect to the lens barrel side barrel part; straight advancing guide mechanisms 25 and 26 which are formed between the lens barrel side barrel part and the moving barrel part; a male screw groove 29 which is formed in the moving barrel part; and an operation means 30 which is not moved in an optical axis direction, but can be rotated around an optical axis, with respect to the lens barrel side barrel part and has a female screw groove 31 screwed on the male screw groove.
