PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a circulation device circulating liquid without using a pump. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a first liquid reservoir part forming member 2, a second liquid reservoir part forming member 3, an outgoing side communication passage forming member 5, and a return side communication passage forming member 6. When temperature of the first liquid reservoir part forming member 2 is raised, pressure in a liquid reservoir chamber 8 rises, and circulation liquid 35 rises an out-going side communication passage 30 and is collected in the second liquid reservoir part forming member 3. When the circulation liquid 35 is carried and a lower end of the out-going side communication passage forming member 5 separates from a liquid surface in the first liquid reservoir part forming member side 2, vaporized gas in the first liquid reservoir part forming member side 2 leaks through the out-going side communication passage forming member 5, pressure in the first liquid reservoir part forming member side 2 drops, and circulation liquid 35 drops into the first liquid reservoir part forming member side 2 by gravity. The circulation liquid 35 entering the first liquid reservoir part forming member side 2 tends to be subjected to negative pressure by drop of temperature in the first liquid reservoir part forming member 2 due to low temperature, and the circulation liquid 35 in the second liquid reservoir part forming member 3 is sucked and returned into the first liquid reservoir part forming member side 2.
