PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter for foot injury, capable of effectively correcting not only hallux valgus of hyper pronation or hyper supination but also such foot injury as the sole fasciitis of hyper pronation or hyper supination as cases related to the abnormalities of the arch formed on a foot while walking. SOLUTION: The supporter of the hyper pronation type includes a wearable aid 2 which can be worn on the foot, and a fastening belt 10. One end of the fastening belt is detachably fixed at a position in the wearable aid 2 corresponding to a fist metatarsophalangeal joint part 8, an intermediate part of the belt is wound around the heel, and the other end of the belt is detachably fixed to a position in the wearable aid 2 corresponding to a Lisfranc's joint part 9 and/or a Chopart's joint part 15. External force is applied between the first metatarsophalangeal joint part 8 and the Lisfranc's join part 9 or Chopart's joint part 15 in directions opposed to each other with the heel 7 as an anchor.
