PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that both a spoon net and a fish basket used for fishing must always be prepared when carrying out fishing, because shapes and functions of the spoon net for scooping a fish and the fish basket for introducing the fish are completely different, and thereby both have been conventionally separately manufactured though common materials such as a net are used therein. SOLUTION: Sure housing of the fish in the fish basket without damaging the fish etc., can be achieved by simplification of equipment, easiness of movement by the simplification, and integration when the spoon net and the fish basket are integrated. The integration is carried out by sewing a bag-like belt 7 into a net part 2 mounted in a frame part 1, passing a string 6 with a latching tool 5 therethrough, tightening the string, thereby integrating the two functions of the net part and the fish basket part even with one net, allowing the simplification of the equipment and easiness of movement, further loosening the string, and thereby allowing the sure housing of the fish in the fish basket without touching the fish with hands.
