<p>The present invention is appropriate for use in the network technology field and provides a method and system for acquiring a communication session group. Said method includes the following steps: sending a lookup instruction of the communication session group to a remote server end, wherein the lookup instruction of the communication session group is generated by reading the features of a website or webpage displayed on a browser or acquiring the IP address of a client end computer; receiving feedback information of the communication session group sent by the server end, wherein the feedback information of the communication session group is the information of every communication session group found by the server and the information of not finding the communication session group; controlling the entrance to the communication session group corresponding to the click triggering instruction when receiving the click triggering instruction of a user upon every communication session group found by the server. The embodiment of the present invention enables a client end user to conveniently acquire the answer to a network question, with faster speed and higher efficiency, by sending a lookup instruction of a communication session group to a remote server end, receiving feedback information of the communication session group sent by the server end and entering the communication session group required by the user.</p> |
