<p>Provided are a bead wire manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus, in which a wire rod which has been raised to a high temperature by drawing a wire is subject to bluing without cooling the wire rod, whereby the temperature of the wire rod can be effectively utilized, resulting in a low energy loss. The bead wire manufacturing method is provided with a descaling step (12) for removing oxides on a surface of a wire rod, a film liquid adhering step (13) for adhering a film liquid onto the wire rod, a wire drawing step (16) for reducing the diameter of the wire rod, and a bluing step (17) for bluing the wire rod which has been raised to a high temperature by the diameter reducing operation, in the temperature range of 350°C to 480°C.</p> |
