The present invention relates to an interviewing method using a video telephone, and more particularly to an interviewing method using a video telephone through which a recruiter can correctly obtain more background information of a job applicant and the job applicant can easily show an image of himself to the recruiter by connecting the recruiter to the video telephone of the job applicant through a video telephone interview system and performing an online video interview before an offline interview.
