<p>The device (100) has an optical receiving device (602) for detecting modified optical primary beam (502), which is output from fluid, and for outputting detector signals based on electrical field applied at a drift device (101) and the primary beam. A processing device (603) processes the detector signals outputted from the optical receiving device and determines drift motion of electrically charged particles based on the processed detector signals. The fluid is provided from a group consisting of water, gel, polyacrylamide or agarose gel. An independent claim is also included for a measurement method for detecting drift motion of electrically charged particles in an electrical field.</p> |
