The distribution plate has a cover plate (DP) and a base plate (GP) horizontally and vertically aligned together in a regular operating position and formed by a steel plate. An interface layer includes T or H shaped bars (SX, SY) that extend between the cover plate and the base plate. The bars are aligned to each other and arranged parallel to the base plate, where the bars are made of steel. A predominant part of the interface layer is formed by hollow chambers with walls, where the walls are arranged parallel to direction of a normal surface.
