<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alteration prevention label, which is a laser markable label to be pasted on an object and then peeled off, and in which fluorescence remains on the peeled area even after cleanly peeled off without breakage, which is easy to occur when the base material sheet is fragile when peeled off, and fluorescence still remains even after wiped off. <P>SOLUTION: The alteration prevention label is a laser markable label having an adhesion layer on a white layer side of a laminated base material sheet having a black layer on which information recording is made through laser beam irradiation and a white layer thereunder.
