<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged beverage which contains theaflavins at a high concentration and occurrence of cloud and/or lees in which is prevented, and to provide a method for inhibiting reduction in the content of theaflavins in a packaged beverage containing the theaflavins. <P>SOLUTION: The method for inhibiting reduction in the content of theaflavins in a packaged beverage comprises adding theaflavins, treated extract of black tea, sucrose, and at least two kinds of artificial sweeteners to a packaged beverage, so as to inhibit the reduction in the content of the theaflavins which is caused by heat sterilization of the beverage, and also inhibit the occurrence of cloud and/or lees in the beverage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
