<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve system which suppresses large-sizing of an equipment scale even when a plurality of nozzles are arranged in rows. <P>SOLUTION: In the valve system 20, a plurality of valve pins 36 are arranged in rows correspondingly to rows of a plurality of nozzles 50. A taper part 36b constitutes needle valves of the respective nozzles 50 to enable injection of a molten resin when the valves are opened, and the respective heads 36a of these are connected to a piston body 31 having an oval shape extending in the direction of the rows of the valve pins 36. Accordingly when the piston body 31 having the oval shape reciprocates in a cylinder chamber 21b having the same shape as the piston body 31, since a plurality of the valve pins 36 whose respective heads 36a are connected to the piston body 31 reciprocate at the same time, the needle valves constituted of the taper part 36b are opened and closed. Therefore it is possible to narrow an installation interval of a plurality of the nozzles 50 to the minimum approachable interval between the neighboring nozzles 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
