<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber treating agent, which can be prepared as a uniform and stable emulsion fiber treating agent, even when preparing the treating agent with high concentration aqueous liquids (at least≥30 wt.%) of each ingredient, by dissolving and mixing them at room temperature (20-25°C) while hardly causing twisting around a roller and falling off of scum in spinning steps such as carding, drawing, roving and fine spinning, and being applicable to high speed spinning, and to provide a production method of synthetic fiber, using the fiber treating agent. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber treating agent comprises: as essential ingredients the (A) ingredient comprising a fatty acid potassium salt of a 8-18C; the (B) ingredient comprising an acrylic resin; and the (C) ingredient comprising a potassium salt of alkylphosphate ester and/or a potassium salt of a polyoxyalkylene alkylphosphate ester having a 6-8C alkyl. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
