PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to select a target destination bus for setting reception of a sending level by a fader operator with a sufficient operability by utilizing a physical operator having other functions. SOLUTION: When a digital mixer chooses the s-th mixing bus corresponding to a rotary encoder according to a depressing operation within time Ts of the rotary encoder and establishes the s-th mixing bus as SB and furthermore establishes a send level to the s-th mixing bus corresponding to the rotary encoder from a previously chosen input channel in accordance with a rotating operation of the rotary encoder the setting of the send level according to the rotating operation of the rotary encoder is disabled during a prescribed timeΔtf after the depressing operation of the rotary encoder.
