PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device and a water supply system using this water supply device supplying water into respective terminal implements efficiently by saving energy even if a water requiring and using place in a high-rise building or the like is divided into a plurality of zones having different pump heads and water pressure of the terminal implements used in every zone is different from each other and dispensing with water drain facility to be installed in a small installation space without taking maintenance of used parts and replacement of parts into account. SOLUTION: This water supply device pressurizes water in a water receiving tank 11 by a pressure feed pump PU and supplies the water into the terminal implements 14, 15 installed in a plurality of zones (LZ, MZ, HZ) having different pump heads. In this water supply system, auxiliary pressurizing pump units PU1, PU2, PU3 capable of pressurizing water being required and supplied by/into the high pressure terminal implements 14 are installed per high pressure terminal implement 14 installed in each zone to supply the water being pressurized up to the water pressure being required by respective high pressure terminal implements 14 by the auxiliary pressurizing pump units.
