PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a great impact from occurring by sudden stop made at an unintended position when forgetting to set invalidation of a pin lock and moving an X-ray tube at high speed. SOLUTION: A positional detector 12 outputs the position in a right and left direction of the X-ray tube 31 as a resistance value. A position/velocity converter 41 converts the resistance value to a position L and calculates a moving velocity in the right and left direction (positional variationΔL per a micro periodΔT) V=ΔL/ΔT. A velocity comparator 42 compares a maximum velocity Vm in which the impact caused by sudden stop is allowable with the present moving velocity V, and outputs a pin lock invalidation command when V>Vm is satisfied. When receiving the pin lock invalidation command from an operation panel 5 or the velocity comparator 42, a pin lock controller 43 controls a pin device 26 to store a pin 26a projecting by a spring force.
