PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the feeling of application while securing the virginity of a cosmetic before starting use for the first time and improving handleability. SOLUTION: By directly pressurizing an elastic body 3 covering a discharge path 2e for discharging the cosmetic A inside a container body 1 or pressurizing it indirectly through an application portion 4 at the start of use for the first time, the elastic body 3 is elastically deformed to the inner side, a seal member 7 is broken without detaching the seal member 7 by a breaking member 8 provided on the inner side of the elastic body 3, the virginity of the cosmetic A before starting use for the first time is secured and handleability is improved. Upon use, the cosmetic A is made to flow out to the outside through the discharge path 2e closed by the seal member 7 and an opening 3a provided on the elastic body 3 and supplied for application. When applying it, the elastic body 3 is directly pressed to the skin or is indirectly pressed through the application portion 4, and the feeling of application is improved by the elastic body 3.
