摘要 The invention is based on the aim of realizing modifiable permanently excited rotor assemblies for greatly differing axial heights, rotational speeds, and mechanical and electromagnetic loads and of achieving improved possibilities compared to the prior art for further minimizing losses and for realizing high mechanical strengths of the rotor. Rotor poles (5.1 to 5.7) are rigidly anchored by means of specially formed pole bases having design embodiments (4.3 and 4.4) comprising fastening elements (14.1 to 14.4, 21.1, 21.2, 22) in the rotor poles (5.1 to 5.7) and threaded joints having non-magnetic screws through the non-magnetic main rotor body (3) in the direction of the rotor poles (5.1 to 5.7) and orienting and mounting aids (18.1 to 18.15) for orienting and anchoring the rotor poles (5.1 to 5.7) on the main rotor body (3), wherein permanent magnets (1) separated by pole gap teeth (8) lie between the rotor poles (5.1 to 5.7) as magnetic bodies, wherein the pole gap tooth bases (8.2) are rigidly anchored by means of likewise design embodiments (4.1 to 4.9) comprising fastening elements (14.1 to 14.4, 21.1, 21.2, 22) in the pole gap teeth (8) and threaded joints having screws through the main rotor body (3) in the direction of the pole gap teeth (8) and orienting and mounting aids (18.1 to 18.15) for orienting and anchoring the pole gap teeth (8), and the pole gap teeth (8) are diminished from the pole gap tooth base (8.2) in the direction of the pole gap tooth crown (8.1) and thus the axis of symmetry of the permanent magnets (1) forms an angle from the radius of the rotor. In the method, the individual mechanical parts are first installed, then the permanent magnets (1) are inserted, and then the permanent magnets (1) are fixed by adhesive bonding and/or saturation. The field of application of the invention relates to rotating electric machine construction.
