A heat-dissipating fm of a large area is made of a metallic sheet and has a fin body (10). An outer edge of one side of the fin body (10) extends to form a sheet-like expanding portion (11). The expanding portion (11) is bent and overlapped on the fin body (10) to obtain the heat-dissipating fin (1). A heat sink includes a plurality of heat-dissipating fins (1) and a heat-conducting element (2), which is formed by means of penetrating the respective heat-dissipating fins (1) with a condensing section (21) of the heat-conducting element (2).
