Invention applies to indoor spraying dispensers. Former indoor spraying dispensers were hard to house, adjust and ensure that people indoors would not be sprayed on. The manufactured device (1) that has an exactly adjusted starting lever (60) with a roller (61) acting on a swinging lever (10) anti-clockwise. Starting lever (8) with her nozzle (8a) is being pushed from a position on a support by the swinging lever (10). Angle lever (2), being affected by springs (7) with it's hammer part (2a) pushes dispenser (50) that has a general-purpose spraying pump this way commences the desired spraying.
