A thin-wall, multi-layer packaging container with a barrier layer producing using injection moulding and method for producing same

The container has an inner layer (2) embedded into outer layers (1A, 1B), where the layers are made from different materials. The inner layer has a closed layer made from material with high barrier property than the outer layers, where the form and a lamination of a wall of the container are manufactured in a single injection molding-processing step. The outer layers are made from polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate or PVC, and the inner layer is made from ethylene vinyl alcohol, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate or thermoplastic elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a multi-layered packaging container.
