<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a partitioned paper-made container capable of manufacturing the partitioned paper-made container at a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: A rolled paper 1 wherein a thermoplastic resin layer 4 is provided on one face forming the inside of a molded article 5, is forwarded on one of the upper faces of a plurality of female molds 7 for molding provided on an index table 6 rotatable through a feed roller. After the whole rolled paper is heated and softened by spraying a heated steam on the other face different from the side provided with the thermoplastic resin layer 4, compression molding is performed by using a male mold 8 for molding under this softened condition as it is. At the same time when or before or after performing this compression molding, the rolled paper 1 is cut to form the molded article 5 cut out from the rolled paper 1 and compression-molded. Thereafter, the index table 6 is rotated to move the molded article 5 with the female mold 7 for molding, and an edging cut of this molded article 5 is performed to solve the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
