Fire-prevention hydrant can be used for the water draft from the outside water line for fire-prevention or other purposes. The aim is to prolong the duration of the hydrants use, facilitate access to a well and by the same to increase the hydrants universality, creating a possibility to use it fast and without obstacles everywhere. The top part of a vertical 6 inch tread pipe (8) is manufactured from a corrosion resistant material and tightly fixed to the pipe (3), and in case of need it may be replaced, and protecting it from waste and tread damage it comes with a cover. In the lower part of the vertical pipe (3) there is an employed S shape bow (2). A damper extension protection sleeve (6) for more stability is fastened by a buckle to the vertical pipe (3). On the end of the damper extension rod a pyramid shape sleeve (5) is put on. The sleeve has a top part transverse section 20x20 mm and the lower part is 27x27 mm. The fire-prevention hydrant has a discharge valve (10) which usually opens and closes whenever automatic a draft starts. The fire-prevention hydrant has a support leg rendering stability in a well. |
