<p>The variable flow reducer at a discharge point in a water distribution network consists of a washer (1), whose external diameter equals that of the internal diameter of the piping, which is pierced by a central threaded hole (1a). Into this threaded hole is screwed a screw (2) made up of a cylindrical threaded rod with the same thread as that of the hole (1a) in the washer, this screw (2) has a round longitudinal blind hole (2a) which is open up stream of the flow and has radial drilling (3) which connect from the outside of the screw (2) into its hollow interior (2a).</p> |
