<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-volume-reducible container which offers volume reducing start points easily recognizable, can be crushed and folded with a relatively weak force, and is difficult to restore to be reduced in volume completely for scrapping. <P>SOLUTION: The container has a reinforcing rib in the middle of the container trunk. The shoulder and the trunk of the container have vertical shoulder and trunk push-in ribs, which are formed to be counter to each other, respectively, and two kinds of shoulder and trunk fold ribs, which fold in response when both push-in ribs are pushed in. The trunk has bottom fold ribs formed on the boundary between the trunk and the bottom. The trunk further has upper sloped ribs extending downward from the top of the trunk, and lower sloped ribs extending upward from the upper part of the bottom fold ribs, the upper/lower sloped ribs being formed between the trunk push-in ribs and the trunk fold ribs, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
