The device (10) has a pulling thread (16) connecting two plate-shaped bodies (12, 14) among each other. A clamping device (18) is provided on one of the bodies for loading the pulling thread with traction force. The plate-shaped bodies are moved together, and a thread guide connects the two plate-shaped bodies together in a traction-force fit manner. The thread guide comprises two thrust bearings (33, 34), which are arranged at a distance from each other. The bodies comprise a curved plate level, which is adapted to curvature of the tissue. |
