<p>The method involves controlling intensity of ventilation of a cooking oven in dependent upon a pre-determined process data of a selected recipe, where the process data is stored in memory units. Intensity of the ventilation is diverted from pre-determined temperature-time-course, a humidity-time-course and ventilation-time-course, which is assigned to the selected recipe. Intensity of the ventilation is controlled using an opening degree of a flap or a blind that is found in a vapor suction channel and using a rotary speed of the vapor suction channel. An independent claim is also included for a cooking oven that comprises storage units.</p> |
