<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism having the ability to decompose polyesters, especially aromatic-aliphatic polyesters and aliphatic polyesters with high efficiency, and a method for decomposition treatment of a polyester using the microorganism. <P>SOLUTION: The microorganism is a strain selected from respective strains with Accession No. FERM BP-10827, FERM BP-10828, FERM BP-10829 and FREM BP-21507. The method for the decomposition treatment of a polyester comprises the following process: Either one of the strains is applied to the surface of the polyester and/or compost to embed the polyester therein and embedding the polyester in the compost to conduct an accelerated biodegradative reaction of the polyester by the strain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
