FIELD: continuous manufacture of foamed polyurethane slabs. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with initial board 7 and locking board 8 and units for mounting them across transporting member 1, moving them along this member and removing them from conveyer 3. At the beginning of production cycle, initial board 7 is mounted across transporting member 1 near point 6 of delivery of reaction mixture to it and is moved along member 1 in such way that spreading of reaction mixture over member 1 in first phase is excluded, thus increasing height of front portion of foamed polyurethane. As a result, after complete raising, height of this front portion is equal to that of subsequent portion. During second phase, speed of board 7 is equal to speed of conveyer 3. When front portion of foam plastic retains its form, board 7 is removed from conveyer. At the end of process, locking board 8 is mounted on transporting member 1 near point 6; board 8 moves similarly to board 7 so that final portion of foam plastic should have the height equal to previous portion. Version of invention provides for combining functions of boards 7 and 8 performed by one board. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 29 cl, 10 dwgt
