PURPOSE: A metal bellows-pipe and a forming method thereof are provided to connect an end expanded part to pipes without connection flanges during the connection of the pipes since the end expanded part is formed on one side of a bellows part. CONSTITUTION: A metal bellows-pipe(10) comprises multiple bellows part(11), an end expanded part(12), and a flange unit(13). The multiple bellows part comprises ridges(11a) and gullies(11b). The end expanded part is formed on one end of the bellows part. The end expanded part has the same diameter(D1) with the ridges. The end expanded part has a wider width(W2) than the width(W1) of the ridges. The flange unit is formed on the other end of the bellows part.
